Sometimes it’s hard to love yourself…

I know this. I’ve been through this. I spent years of my life wishing I was different, better, prettier, smarter, and it took a huge toll on me emotionally. I developed severe depression and employed negative coping skills to help myself feel better. I don’t want anyone to ever feel the way I spent a huge portion of my life feeling so I created C.A.P.E.S. to help spread my positivity to other people so that they never learn the pain that comes with not loving yourself.

But it doesn’t have to be…
